Iron and Wine is back and groovin’ like you’ve never heard him groove before. It’s Business Time folks. Flight of the Conchords, Sub Pop’s first ever folk comedy duo do quite an amazing little ditty on their new EP The Distant Future called Business Time. Some people have suggested that this is the King Tut of a new generation and it could be true, now get down to business.
Punching Goodbye out Front is the first download we’re offering off the new Kinski record, Down Below It’s Chaos (which is out August 21st). It’s also one of three tracks on the new record that features vocals courtesy of guitarist Chris Martin. We’re pretty fond of it and hope you are too.
A galloping exploration through vocal beauty and continuously looming guitar work, Tiny Vipers’ On This Side is a wonderful tune for your late night summer drives over dark mountain roads.
Jennifer Gentle have turned out some amazingly compositional ghostly pop tunes on their new album The Midnight Room. This little number, Electric Princess is so well orchestrated that you’ll get lost in it’s web of guitar hooks and piano twinkles before you know what hit you.
